How we label information
A property website is only as useful as its honesty about where its facts came from. Here is ours.
Most property websites present everything with the same confidence — a verified fact and a developer's marketing claim look identical on the page. That is how people end up making decisions on information nobody checked.
We label things instead. Every property, project and developer page on this site carries one of the following labels, so you always know what you are reading.

- Compiled by Stayza from publicly available information. Not confirmed with the developer.
- Supplied by the client
- Provided to us by the owner or client and not independently verified.
- Supplied by a partner
- Provided by a partner agency and not independently verified.
- Estimate
- An estimate based on stated assumptions, not a confirmed figure.
What we will not publish
- Prices, yields or market figures we have not sourced and dated
- Projected returns or forecasts of future value
- Testimonials, reviews or client names we cannot evidence
- Partnerships, awards or credentials we do not hold
- Availability we have not confirmed
- Specific legal rules or fees, which change and belong with a lawyer
Empty is a real answer
If a section of this site looks empty, it is because we have not yet published anything we can stand behind. We would rather show you nothing than fill a page with something plausible.
Images
Photographs of a specific property are photographs of that property, and a generated image is never used to represent a real unit. Where a property image is a concept visual rather than a photograph, it is labelled on the image itself.
The area guides and the home page also carry illustrative visuals — impressions of what a district feels like, not photographs of a particular street or building. These are labelled beside the imagery they describe and named in full in the image description, so anyone reading with a screen reader is told the same thing. They are replaced with real photography as we obtain it.
