Most agencies publish terms that protect only themselves. This page runs in both directions, and it is short enough to actually read.

What Stayza promises
We never hold your documents
Your passport, your contracts and your papers stay with you. Nobody at Stayza keeps an original, and nothing is ever held back to keep you in a deal.
You know the fee before you commit
What we charge, who pays it and when, agreed in writing before any work begins. No commission that appears at signing.
We tell you when to walk away
If an area is wrong for you, if a price is inflated, or if a property has a problem we can see — we say so, even when saying so costs us the deal.
We do not invent inventory
If we have not verified a property, it does not appear on this site. An empty page is more honest than a padded one.
No pressure, ever
No countdown timers, no ‘someone else is viewing it’, no calls at midnight. You decide in your own time.
Your information stays yours
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass your number to a list of agents. You hear from Stayza, not from everyone.

What we ask of you
Tell us the truth about your situation
Your real budget, your real timeline, whether you have seen the property already. We cannot advise well on information that is not accurate.
Turn up, or tell us you cannot
Viewings take someone’s afternoon and an owner’s goodwill. A message beforehand costs nothing.
Keep agreements you make
If you commit to a property, a deposit or a date, hold to it — or tell us early enough that it can be handled properly.
Respect the property and the people in it
Owners, tenants and neighbours are living their lives around the transaction. Treat the home as you would want yours treated.
If any of this is ever not true of us, say so and we will put it right. If it is not true of you, we will say so too — and we may decline the work. That is what makes it a policy rather than a slogan.
