No property submitted by a partner appears on this site until a person at Stayza has reviewed it. That rule is what makes our listings worth trusting.

What we expect from partners
- Accurate details, including the unflattering ones
- Proof of ownership or authority to market the property
- Real photographs of the actual unit
- Prompt updates when a property is no longer available
- No pressure tactics with our clients
