We collect the information you choose to give us through our forms, and we use it to answer your request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who does not need it to help you.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site.

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number
• The country you are contacting us from, if you tell us
• What you are looking for: area, property type, budget range, timeline
• Anything else you write in a message to us
• Which page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were looking at

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to find properties that match what you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to their terms as well as ours.

What we will never do

• Sell your information to anyone
• Pass your details to agents or developers without your agreement
• Send you marketing you did not ask for
• Ask you for passwords, card details or banking information by email or message

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while there is a reasonable prospect of helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you return to. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@stayza.org and we will action it.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to Stayza staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.
