Stayza exists because of one sentence
People don't fail in Egypt because it's bad. They fail because they don't understand it.
Egypt is not a difficult place to live. It is a difficult place to arrive in blind.
People come here for university, for treatment, for work, for family, or to invest — and they make decisions in their first few weeks that shape the next few years. They pick the wrong area. They sign something they could not read. They pay for a property nobody verified.
Stayza was built to sit in that gap. We are a real-estate company, and we do rent, sell and manage property. But the part that matters is the part before that: helping you understand where you are and what you are actually choosing between.

Founder
Stayza was founded by Fatima M Jidda, who leads the company as CEO.
We keep this page short on purpose. What we have done for people matters more than what we say about ourselves — and we would rather add to this page only when there is something true to add.
What we will not do
- Publish a property we have not checked
- Quote a figure we cannot source and date
- Promise you a return on an investment
- Present research as if it were a partnership
- Rush you into a decision
