What this site is for

This website provides general information about property and living in Egypt, and lets you contact us about renting, buying, investing in or managing property.

The guidance here is general. It does not take account of your circumstances and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Property law, ownership rules, taxes, fees and visa requirements in Egypt are set by the relevant authorities and change over time.

No guaranteed returns

We do not promise, project or guarantee any investment return, rental income, occupancy level or increase in property value. Any calculator on this site performs arithmetic on figures you supply and contains no forecast by us.

Accuracy of information

We label the source of information on property, project and developer pages, and we do not publish figures we have not verified. Even so, information can become out of date, and information supplied to us by third parties may be incomplete.
